~ ACKNOWLEDG~iENT AND RATIFICATION BY
' GRANTEE
~he Grantee by acceg.~ance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium ~
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi=
sions Eincluding the WINDMILL VILLAGT BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER
LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, anci the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
~ VILLAGE BY THE SEA COND011iINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
` corporation not for profit, in making and entering into said
~ Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
~ the Graatee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasoaable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
liea upon the land and real property described above~ as security
for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condomia-
ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that ~
said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales
Contract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of
the warraaties, representations and inducements concerning the
purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described
above.
