In consideration of the payment to me/us by Fiorida Power & Light Company of 51.00 and other good and
vatuabie consideration which I/we have received, Ifwe and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstniction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wires, poles, guYs, c~les, conduits, transformer e~closures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the rght to reconstiruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires o~ c~les of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep cl~r all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endange~ or interfere with said facilitiet, on, wer, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as followr, -
The West 10 feet of Lots 10 and 11, Oleander Park, in accordance with
glat thereoP recorded in Plat Book 9, at page 76 of the Public Recorda
oP St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and
parallel xith the East right-of-~ay line of Oleander Avenue as it now
