tn consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuabie consideration which 1/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utiiity facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transfo~mer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstn.ict, improve, add to, change
the size of o~ remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
othe~ Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that miyht endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, artd across my/our p~operty described
as follows;
