hereinafter called the grantee.

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum

bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto

County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances to said Unit.
Subject to the following:
All of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of WINDMILL VILLAGE
BY THE SE11 CONDOi~iIt~IUM NO. 1 as recorded in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1887 through 2007 inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, includinq the Exhibits attachecl thereto, and Restrictions, covenants,
easements and reservations of record, and Taxes for the current year.
_ TOGFTHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
i TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. _

~ AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is law-
° fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and
~ lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully

free of all encumbrances. However, this sale is made subject to
the Declaration of Condominium and all other coadominium iastru-
