OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for hearing on the 17th day of June, 1974,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this action; that the relation-
ship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner and
respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is,
thereuFon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the petitioner,
PAULA M. HAVELKA, and the respondent, DAVID EDWIN HAVELKA, be and
i the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
~
~ hereby forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
~
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. The petitioner be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her prior name~of PAULA MARY DUNN and to use
the same in all respects as if the marriage to respondent had not
intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Petitioner and respondent are hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other.
~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
~
~ be just and proper in the premises.

~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this day of
