this Court her affidavit showing the husband has failed to
make paymenta required ur~der the Final J1~dgment entered

~ said affidavit and the Final Jlidgment and Order hereinabove

referred to, it is hereby -
ORDER$D that the Sheriff's Departmeat of St. Lucie
County. Florida take into cuatody the husband, Deanis -
John Tompkins (or cause him to be taken into custody if he
-be found in some other jurisdiction) and incarcerate him in
the St. Lucie County Jail for a term of 10 days; that the

~ said Dennis John Tompkias may be released after 8erving the

~ said 10 day term or upon payment by hi.m of all arrearaqea due
