IT IS ADJUDGBD THAT:
1. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner, ~dARION L.
~ KIRBY and Respondent, DOUGLAS A. KiRBY, are dissolved because
the marriage is irretrievably broken.
2. The separation agreement betweea the parties, intro-
duced in evidence and marked Petitioaer's Sxhibit 1, was executed
voluatarily after full disclosure, is for the best interest of
the parties, is approved aad incorporated in this 3ud~ment by
~ reference and the parties are ordered to comply with it.
