THIS CAUSE CAME on for trial the 17th day of June, 1974, ;

and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, 4

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ROBERT
LEWIS RUSSELL and PATRICIA ANN AILL RUSSELL be and the same is hereby
' dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
` from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

~ 2. RESTRP,INING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassinq or annoying

the other.
3. JURiSDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
~ as may be proper.
