This cause having come on to be heard upon
Respondent's Motion for Rehearing and To Recuse and the Court in
Chambers being otherwise fully advised in the premises with the
Petitioner's attorney being present, it is hereby
ORDI3RED AND ADJUDGED:
" 1. That the Motion for Rehearing and to Recuse is
contitiued and reset for hearing at 10:45 A.M. on JLily 1, 1974.
2. That the Husband shall not dispose of the
