THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition For Adoption
filed i.n this cause and the recommendation of the Florida Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Family Services,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the
best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption of ~
the child, and that the child is suitable for adoption by the ~

Petitioners, JOHN WALI.ACE OWENS, SR., and ETHEL PEARL OWENS, and ~
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as WAYNE LERUY
PATTERSON is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners,
~ JOHN WALLACE OWENS, SR., and ETAEL PEARL OWENS, and is given the
