ORDER DIRECTING SALE
This cause came before the Court on the application of the

Plaintiff for an order directing the sale of the stock in Defendant M. S.
Industries International, Inc. , which Plaintiff holds as collateral to
secure certain promissory notes. The Court makes the following
finding s :
i 1. On the promissory note dated Apri122, 1971, in the original

~ principal amount of $100, 000, the court finds that there is due upon said

note from the Defendant, M. S. Industries International, Inc. to the
Plaintiff, the sum of $100, 000 with interest since April 22, 1971, in the
amount of $24, 000. Paymenfs totaling $4, 685. 58 have been made,
which said payments are credited to interest, leaving a balance due of
$100, 000 for principal and $19, 321. 42 for interest.
2. On the promissory note dated January 27, 1972, in the original
principal amount of $20, 500, the Court finds that there is due from the

Defendant M. S. Industries International, Inc. to the Plaintiff the sum of

~ $20, 500 with interest at 8% since January 27, 1972 in the amount of
~
$3, 826. 00. `
