It is, thereupon ~ -
ORDERED that if these sums are not paid within 3 days from this
date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell certificate of stock No. 1
representing 14, 997 shares of stock in the Defendant M. S. Industries
International, Inc. at public sale on Monday, the 1 st day of July, 1974
at 11:00 A. M. to the highest and best bidder for cash at the East door
of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, Ft. Pierce, Florida, in ~
accordance with law. The Plaintiff shall advance the costs of the ~
sale, if any there be, and the Plaintiff may bid on the property at the
sale. If the Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's
bid with the sums found to be due in this order.
Following the sale the Clerk is directed to promptly file his
certificate of sale and serve copies on all parties to this cause, all
; pursuant to Florida Statutes ~45. 031. -
