STIPULATION FOR CONTINUANCS -
The above-styled cause was set for trial on the week of
May 20, 1974, and counsel for the defendant moved for a continu-
ance on the basis that the defend"ant George O. Neitzel was not
physically competent to proceed to trial due to his injuries, as
more particularly reflected by a statement from his physician as a
result of a physical examination of Mr. Netizel on May 20, 1974 ,
(copy of physician's"statement attached). Counsel for all parties
to this cause hereby expressly stipulate and agree that the above-
' styled cause heretofore set for trial be continued until further
