The party of the first part pursuant to the power of ~
sale contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above- ;
named decedent, and in consideration of the sum of Ten ~
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Flarida, more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 15, LAWNWOOD ADDITION, a
subdivision according to the Plat thereof, ~
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 16, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular tYie tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO-HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second ~
part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and o,
