KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: -
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ;
tion organixed under the laws of the United States of America, is _ i
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e Gounty, Florida,
~ encumbering certain lands in ~t. Lucie County, Florida therein
more~particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Offictal Record
Book 207, Page 861, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded~
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of th~ mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of NinPtv rline Thousand One Hundred Twenty_

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed

TO NAVE AND TO NOLD the same, with tt-~e appurtenances, unto the (
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated ~
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always, .
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, 1
alter or diminish the effect, lien or enccanbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. '
