as per Deed Book 237, page 539, as recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said Tract "C" being more particularly described as follows;
From the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 11, Surfside Unit Two, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 8, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records
run thence North 61 deg. 09 min. West, 75 feet to a point of curvature; thence on
a circular curve, concave to the northeast and a radius of 75 feet, run 10 feet to
the Point of Beginning of the lands herein described. From the said Point of Be-
