PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE '~4~40
KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS:
WNEkEAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
. A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,OQ0.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
. 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
~.more ~particularly described; as amended by Modification of
~ Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
alsa encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
~ tion.and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216; Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~ .
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part'of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said -
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Fiftv One Thousand Six Hundred Seventv

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie Coun~y,
Florida
. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing Fierein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
