ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
KNOW all men of these presents, in cansideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration this date paid to the undersigned
by Ronald C. Peterson and Myrtice L. Peterson, his wife, the receipt whereof,
is hereby acknowledge by Harry E. MacDonald and Marion MacDonald, his wife,
to hereby assign, convey and transfer to the said Ronald C. Peterson and
Myrtice E. Peterson, his wife; all of their rights exis ing under and by

virtue of that certain ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT between MA~IOR EXCAVATING COMPANY,
INC., as seller to the said Harry E. MacDonald and Marion MacDonald, his wife,
buyers, dated May 30, 1972, and filed in Official Records Book 206, Page 1229,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
FURTHER, that the said Harry E. MacDonald and Marion MacDonald, his wife,
dv, by these presents, remit, release and Quit Claim to the said Ronald C.
Peterson and.Myrtice E. Peterson, his wife, all their rights, title, intezest,
and equity in and to:
Lot 1, Block 2, GREEN ACRES, UNIT THREE SUBDIVISION
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 28, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
IN WITNESS whereof the said ASSIGNEE, have hereunto, set their hands -
and seal this 17th day of June 1974 A.D.
