FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This action came on for hearing on the 30th day of May, 1974,
upon the verified Petition for Adoption filed by the Petitioner
Stepmother, JACQUELINE ELIZABETH BERRY, and the written consent of
the natural father, DORSEY LEE BERRY, and the natural mother, ELAINE
HODGES BERRY ANTONELLI, represented by counsel of her choice, of-
fering no testimony; and that the Court having given full considera-
tion to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has juri9diction of the parties and the subject matter
of the action; that 'it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to be
' adopted. and that the best interest of the child would be promoted

' by the adoption, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is:
ADJUDGED, that the minor child known as KELLY ELAINE BERRY
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, JACQUELINE
ELIZABETH BERRY, and is given the name of KELLY ELIZABETH BERRY,
~ by which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that this child shall be_the child and legal.heir
~ of the Petitioner, JACQUELINE ELIZABETH BERRY, entitled to all
~
~ rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child

born to Petitioner, JACQUELINE ELIZABETH BERRY, in lawful wedlock.
