ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on the Defendants' Motion for
a physical examination of the Plaintiff, JAMES FIGGS, and the.Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEO that the Plaintiff, JAMES FIGGS, submit to a physical
examination by Dr. Ronald S. Grober, on a day and hour to be obtained by the
Defendants.
The results of the examination shall be reported to the Defendants'
; attorneys in writing and in a detailed manner, setting out his findings and
' conclusions. If requested by Plaintiff, Defendants shall promptly furnish

~ Plaintiff a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall thereupon or thereafter,
as the case may be, furnish Defendants with a like report or reports of exam-
ination relating to same injuries previously or thereafter made by another
physician. ~
