SATISFACTION OF AGREEMENT NOT ~
TO ENCUMBER OR TRANSFER PROPERTY
~'~~~~9 Know all men by these presents that First National ~
Bank Of Fort Pierce, a national banking association, the ~
holder and owner of .an agreement not to encumber or transfer
property executed by John A. Salyers and Sharon Salyers, his
wife, under date of August 31, 1971, and recorded in Official i
Record Book 195, page 806, public records of St. Lucie :
County, Florida, involving certain real estate situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 17, Block 7, Unit Number 1, Lakewood ~
Park, according to the plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 10, page S1 of the
public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of the
promissory note in the principal sum of ~3,745.z0 mentioned
in said agreement not to encumber or transfer property and
herehy surrenders said agreement as cancelled and hereby
directsthe Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
_ Florida, to cancel the same of record.
In 14itness Whereof the said association has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and its seal to be
hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly
authorized, the ~_day of June, 1974.

duly authorized in the state and county aforesaid to take acknowl-
edgments, personally appeared William G. Huffman and Irene Sewell
well known to me to be the vice president and assistant cashier
respectively of First National Bank of Fort Pierce, a national
banking corporation, and that they severally acknowledged executing
the same in the presence of two subscribing witnesses freely and
voluntarily under authority duly vested in them by said association
and that the seal affixed thereto is the true seal of said association.
