is the subject matter of this affidavit. ~
5. The said Joseph Pedevill was continuously married
without interuption to the said Diana Pedevill until the date
of her death.
6. This affidavit is made to induce John Williams and
1?iary Williams to accept title to the aforesaid Lot 20 Block B,
Harmony Heights subdivision, St. Lucie County, F1Qrida, from
myself as Ancillary Executor of the Estate of the said Joseph R.
Pedevill. As such Executor and individually, as ~rell, I do
hereby indemnify the said John Williams and Mary Williams against
any loss or claim in connection with the remaining balance, if an ,
of Federal Estate Taxes due the Internal Revenue Service in
connection with the death of the said Joseph R. Pedevill.
