ORDER
THIS MATTER came on before the Court upon Petition of
ROBERT PEDEVIL, Ancillary Executor of the Estate of JOSEPH R.
PEDEVILL, deceased, and it appearing to the Court that ROBERT
PEDEVILL, individually, and ANNE P. KATES, are the surviving
son and daughter of the decedent and are the only residuary
beneficiaries of the Estate of JOSEPH R. PEDEVILL and r,ave
consented to this PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL, their Consents
being attached hereto and marked EXHIBITS B AND C; and it
further appearing to the Court that the real property described
in the PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL and described herein is not
specifically devised to any legatee and, therefore, constitutes
f a part of the residue of the Estate; it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUGED that the PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL is
granted and the Contract for Sale is approved and the property

which is the subject matter of the PETITIQN FOR LEAVE TO SELL
and hereinafter described, shall be sold for the total of

THIRTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($13,200.00) and the terms
of the sale are $500.00 upon execution of the contract; $2,140.00
in cash at closing; the seller to take f.irst purchase money mort-
gage for balance of purchase price, mortgage payable in 180 con-
i secutive monthly payments of $114.80 including interest at 10$

~ per annum. First payment due one month after closing. A true
~ copy of the.~o~tYact for the purchase of the property is attached
