THIS INDENTURE, executed the ,17th day of ,
A.D. 1974, between ROBERT PEDEVILL, Anci-llary Executor of e Estate
of JOSEPH R. PEDEVILL, deceased, party of the first part, and JOHN
WILLIAMS and MARY WILLIAMS, his wi~e, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, ROBERT PEDEVILL,

to sell certain real estate in said County hereinafter described, aver--
ing it is neceseary and expedient to sell the same and also each and
very jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in said petition having ap-
peared to and found by said Judge to be reasonable and just and said
petition true and the sale to the best interest of said Estate of
JOSEPH R. PEDEVILL, deceased, said Court rendered the Order dated the
r day of /~,Sl~/ , A.D. 1974, direction said party of
the first part to s 11 the sa d real estate at private sale; gnd there-
upon the said party of the first part contracted to sell the said real
estate to the said parties of the second part for the sum af TIiIRTEEN
THOUSAND ZWO HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($13,200.00), to be paid as
follows: Deposit of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00); a purchase money
first mortgage in the sum of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS
($10,560.00); and cash at closing in the sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUN-
DRED FORTY DOLLARS($2,140.00). And said party of the first part re-
ported said cqntract to said Court, and said Court being fully advised
in the premises finds that the price offered for said real estate and
said contract fair and reasonable, and that the conditions of such sale
such as the interest of said Estate of JOSEPH R. PEDEVILL, deceased, re-
quired, by order rendered on the 29th day of , A.D. 1974,
ratified and confirmed said contract csf sale and ordere said party of
the first part to execute the deed to said parties of the second part
of the real estate as hereinbefore set forth:
Lot 20, Block B, HARMONY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISIOt1, as
~ per plat thereof in Plat Book 8, at page 24, of
N the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
E NOW, THE REFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
i of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00), in hand paid, said party of the first
~ part hereby grants, bargairis, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the said parties of the second part, and to their
heirs (successors) and assigns forever, said certain land in said County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follaws, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block B, HARMONY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as
~ per plat thereof in Plat Book 8, at page 24, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, and to their heirs (successors and assigns, in fee simple
forever.
~ And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant t~d
and with the said parties of the second part, their heirs (successors)
and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about said
~ sale and this conveyance, the orders of said Court and the laws of ten-
der have been fo~lmwed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party•of the first part has here-
