THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~7 `day of
1974, between EUGENE FULWOOD, as Executor
o the Estate of C. L. JENSEN, Deceased, party of the first
part, and EUGENE FULWOOD and EDITH VIRGINIA FULWOOD, his wife,
parties of the second part, whose address is Post Office Box
424, Fort Pierce, Florida,
W I T N E S S E T Ii:
The party of the first part pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the Last Will and Tes"tament of the above-named
decedent, and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dol-lars ($10.00) .
and othe~ good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
that certain real praperty situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
The N 1/2 of Lot 6 and all of Lot 7
Block I, Model Land Company Subdivision,
Sec. 15, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, as per plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 41, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, here-
ditaments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining n,~;
