existing under the laws of the State of Florida~ and as such officer
she is duly authorised to execute this discharge of claim of lien.
- 2. That the indebtedness described in that certain claim

5th day of April 1974, recorded in 0. R. Book 225: page 2567 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is paid and the lien is
satisfied with regard to the below described real property~
