222 , public records of St . Lucie County , Florida, covering the following described
property lying and being in St . Lucie County , Florida, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block 5, Unit #8-A, LAKEWOOD PARK, according to Plat
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie
County , Florida, in Plat Book 11, page 47; said land lying and
being in St . Lucie County , Florida .
I further certify that on the date of the execution of said deed that
GERALD C. GROSS was my husband and that we were never since divorced,
and remained husband and wife until the date of the death of GERALD C. GROSS , ~
