of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida under authority of Chapter 167-05,
Laws of Florida and party under authority of Article 2, Section 14,
Subsection 9, as amended, of the City Charter entitled "Removal of
Buildings and Nuisances" after Public Hearing did adopt Resolution
#73-92 on September 17, 1973 authorizing and instructing City Manager
to remove or cause to be removed the buildings on the following
described property lying and being situate in the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida to wit :
