WHHREAS, the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, by
kesolution No. 73-121 adopted December 12, 1973, did grant and give sixty
(60) days from date thereof, ~•~ithin which all assessments levied u~suant
the properties in DH[D YROJECT NO. WS-Ft~1-236 (SANITARY SE~tiTER) ~ p
to the Assessment Roll, heretofore confirmed, not~ fully paid by the date
of the adoption of Resolution No. 73-121, may be paid in full, without
interest, at any time within Sixty (60) days from the date of the adoption
of this Resolution. If said assessments are not paid within said Sixty
(60) days, then the same shall be payable in ten (10) equal annual install-
ments and shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6~f?) per annum
on the unpaid balance thereof. The right of prepayment without penalty is
reserved; and
4JFiEREAS, said assessments have been recorded in the Improvement
Lien Book.
N047, THEREFORE, the Deputy Clerk and Director of Firwnce be, and
they are hereby directed to record in the Official Records of St. Lucie
~ounty, Florida, by recording through the Office .of the Clerk of the
~.ircuit Court, St. Luci.e County, Florida, all said assessment liens now
outstanding and unpaid, as per schedule thereof annexed hereto, incorpo- ,
I' rated herewith as fully set forth herein and, thereby made a part hereof,
which said special assessment liens are co-equal with liens of other taxes,
