WliEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, i~y ;
Resolution No. 73-124 adopted December 17, 1973, did grant and give sixty ;
(60) days from date thereof, within which all assessments levied against ~
the properties in DHUD PROJEC2 NO. FLA.-E-12 (I~AVING) pursuant to the
Assessment Roll, heretofore canfirmed, not fully paid by the date of the i
adoption of Resolution No. 73-124, may be paid in full, without interest, ~
at any time within Sixty (60) days from the date of the adoption of this ~
Ftesolution. If said assessments are not paid ~vithin said Sixty (60) days, ~
then the same shall be payable in ten (10) equal annual installments and
shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6D) per annum on the un-
paid balance thereof . The ~ iaht of prepayment ~vithout penalty is reserved; ~

Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, all said assessment liens now ~
outstanding and unpaid, as per schedule thereof annexed hereto-, incorpo- ~
rated herewith as fully set forth herein and, thereby made a part hereof, ~
which said special assessment liens are co-equal with liens of other taxes, ~
superior in dignity to all other liens, title and claiuns, until paid, as ~
