4JfiEREAS; the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
by ~jesolution No. 74-13 adopted February 4~ 1974, did grant and give
forty-five (45) days from date thereof, within which all assessments,
as corrected, levied against the properties urider DHUD Yroject No.
Wg_FI,A_23(~ ~ not fully paid 'by the date of the adoption af Resolution
No. 74-13, may be paid in full, without interest, at any time within
said forty-five (45) days from the date of the adoption of this
Resolution, which assessments, if not paid, are payable in ten (10)
equal annual installments, bearing interest at the rate if six (69~)
percent per annum on the unpaid balances thereof. Right of prepay-
ment without penalty is re$erved; and
WHEREAS, said assessments have been recorded in the Improvement
Lien Book.
r:a~, THEREFC7RE, the Deputy City Clerk and Director of Finance be,
and they are hereby dizected to record in the Official Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, by recording through the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida~ all said assessment
liens now outstanding and unpaid as per schedule ttrereof annexed hereto,
incorparated herewith as fully set forth herein and, thereby made a
part hereof, which said special assessment liens are co-equal with liens
of other taxes, superior,in dignity to all other liens, title and claims,
until paid~ as follows:
