DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG$
This cause came on for trial the 20th day of June, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all.the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~ and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORD$RED and ADJUDGBD as follaws:
; 1. The marriage between JOSEPH ANS$IMO, III and ~i

~ PATRICIA D. ANSELMO be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~

~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~e
obligations arising therefram.
2. Custody of JODIE LYNN ANSELMO, minor child of the
_ parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA D. ANSEIMO, with reasonable
rights of visitation reserved to JOSEPH ANSELMO, III.

3. Commencing the day of June, 1974, JOSEPH
