stipulation of the parties and the court being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the settlement of the claim
I, of the minor James Garner for the sum of $500. and the
~ settlement of the claim of the minor Chester Lawrence Garner,

~ Jr., for the sum of $500., are hereby approved and the
~
~ Plaintiffs Chester Lawrence Garner, as father and next friend i
~
of said minors is authorized to collect and receive said sums ~
on behalf of said minors and is authorized to execute and ~
deliver to the defendants a general release of all claims
~
of said minors against the Defendants, a11 without bond; it
is further
