DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _ .
This cause came on for trial the 20th day of June, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife~now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~etween the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CLAUDE L.
ADKINS and SHARON DYKES ADKINS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

~ arising therefrom. .
i 2.. CUSTODY. Custody of GREGORY RAYMOND ADRINS, minor child of
~ the parties, is hereby awarded to SHARON DYKES ADKINS, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to CLAUDE L. ADKINS1
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the~~
day of . 1g~4.
~ CLAUDE L. ADKINS shall pay to SHARON DYKES ADKINS the s of $100 per
month, for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to SHARON DYKES ADKINS. In addition there is hereby
~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-
~ ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep -
~a
~ the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
~ at all times while this Order is in effect. .
4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
~
~ evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
~
otdered to comply with the provisions thereof.
