FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the~0 day of , A. D.,
1974,and the Court having given full consideration to 11 the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction o~ the parties and subject
r~atter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
pRpERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DEMETRIOS J.
,TONES and LOIS RETTA JONFS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
to~ore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
! 2. CUSTODY. Custody of KALLIOPE JONES, minor child of the parties,
; is hereby awarded to LOIS RETTA JONES with visitation rights as set out
E in the Property Settlement Agreement dated May 3, 1974, and incorporated
~ herein. _
~ 3. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
~ evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
~ ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties here-
to is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
