This cause coming on to be heard on June 19, 1974 on the

Petition of the Husband to change custody of the minor child, ~

and the Court having heard testimony of the respective parties ~

and being fully advised in the premises,_ it is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the Petition be and the same is hereby denied. ~
2. That the Husband, ,7AMES ROBERT QUINN, shall have
the right to have the minor child, JAMES ROBERT QUINN, II, visit
~i and be with him from six p.m. on the third Friday of each month
~
; until six p.m, on the fourth Friday of each month. Commencing -

~ Friday, June 21, 1974, the Husband, JAMES ROBERT QUINN, shall ~

pick up the minor child from the residence of the Wife at six ;

~ p.m. and return him to the Wife by six p.m. on Friday, June 28, ~
1974. The Husband shall be responsible for the cost of trans- ~
~
portation of the mi.nor child to and from the residence of the
~
~ Wife.

~ 3. Commencing Friday, June 28, 1974, and on Friday
~
of each week thereafter the Husband, JAMES ROBERT QUINN, shall ~
pay to the Wife, ANITA MARIE QUINN, the sum of $15 for the ~

~ support of the mi.nor child, JAMES ROBERT QUINN, II. Each payment }
