HomeMy WebLinkAbout2480 shall he made to the Clerk ot this Court and by him remitted promptly to ANITA MARIE QUINN, the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. The Husband, JAMES ROBERT QUINN, is under disability and is receiving assistance from the Social Security Administration of the United States of America and the minor child,• JAMES ROBERT QUINN, II, is entitled to receive one-half of said benefits under the Social Security Act; that said benefits to be received by the minor child, JAMES ROBERT QUINN, II, will be paid over by the . United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Social Security Administration, to the Wife, ANITA MARIE QUINN, as the person having the custody and control of said minor child. So long as such payments are made to the Wife the support payments I of $15 each week as hereinabove set out shall be suspended. The i i ! Wife, ANITA MARIE QUINN, is ordered to inform the Clerk of this l ~ Court or Errol S. Willes, Esquire, counsel of record for the ~ Husband, the date she receives the first payment from the United States of America under the Social Security Act and the amount thereof. Further, the said Wife, ANITA MARIE QUINN, shall notify the Clerk of this Court or Errol S.
