DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 20th day of June, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband
i
and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
l. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this ~
,
Court against the Husband, WILLIE JACKSON, on June 12, 1974 is
~ ratified and confirmed. ~

~ 2. The marriage between WILLIE JACKSON and ESSIE M.
~ .
~ JACKSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
~
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri.mony
~
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
" 3. Custody of FREDERIC IAMAR JACKSON and GLEN EVERETT
~ JACKSON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ESSIE
~
~j M. JACKSON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIE
~
~ JACKSON. ~
