4. Commencing the 21st day of June, 19~4, WILLIE JACKSON
shall pay to ESSIE M. JACKSON the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars
per week per child for a total of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars each
and every week for the support of the dzildren named•above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to ESSIE M. JACKSON, 3102 Avenue F, Fort~
Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory cost to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in cash, money order
or cashier's check. Both of the parties are Ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect. -
5. The Wife is hereby awarded exclusive possession of
the rental home of the parties located at 3102 Avenue F, Fort Pierce,
Florida, together with all furniture, fixtures and appliances
therein located; the Husband is hereby Ordered to vacate the
premises instanter.
6. The Husband shall save the Wife harmless on i:he

~ indebtednesses due~to Indian River Memorial Hospital, Fort Pierce

~ Memorial Hospital, Household Finance Company, Blazer Finance
~ Company and Badcock Furniture Company.

~ 7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interferring with, harassing or annoying the other. _
~ 8. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)

~ Dollars to be reasonabl~e for the Wife's attorneys for their services

~ herein and WILLIE JACItSON is Ordered to pay the law firm of Willes, ~

Bittan & Willes the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars together

~ with costs herein assessed at Thirty-Eight ($38.00) Dollars for a

~ total of Three Hundred Thirty-Eight ($338.00) Dollars.
