ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Petition
for Temporary Relief as set out in the Notice of Hearing and
the Court h aving heard the parties, the Wife being represented by
attorney Rupert Jasen ~mith and the Iiusband appearing without
counsel, and the Court being duly advised in the premises it is
hereby - '

Wife as chi ld support for the daughter of the parties, JoAnne ~

Griffis,, $20.00 per week beginning Friday, June 21, 1974, which
sum sh all be paid through the Clerk of the Court together with the
Clerk's standard fee for such payment until further order of

i IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife ~all
E have temporary custody of the daughter of the parties, JoAnne

~ Griffis, subject to the visitation of.th~ Husband, which th e
Court, after hearing testimony of the parties, sets as 8:00 A.M.
to 7:00 P.M. each and every Saturday beginning June 22,-1974
and sh all continue until further order of this Court.
-IT IS FURTHER ORDRED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife have
