O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard upon the Wife's Petition
for temporary relief and the Husband's motion to dismiss and/
;
or abate on the ground of improper service upon the Kusband~ and,
after oral argument, the Court being fully advised in the premises, ~
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court finds valid and proper service upon the
Husband herein and this Court has jurisdiction over the pe=son ~ ;
` of the Husband, David Binney Putnam. Therefore, the motion to y
~ dismiss and/or abate be and the same is hereby denied.
2. That the Husband, David Binney Putnam, shall, by July 19,
1974, deposit into the Registry of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida the sum of $600,000.00, or in the alternative, show cause
why he~should not be held in contempt of Court for failure to ;
make such deposit by July 19, 1974.

~ 3. David Binney Putnam shall pay to the law firm of Howell,
Kirby,Montgomery,D'Aiuto and Dean the sum of $1,101.95 by July 19,

~ 1974, which sum is for costs expended in the prosecution of this
~
~ action by the Wife.
