FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court,
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: T'his Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of flusband and ~4ife no~a
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:-
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GARY A.
PICKLESIMER and JANET M. PICKLESIMER be, and it is hereby dissolved
and that the parties and.each of them are hereby forever freed from
! -the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from

E the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SH1~NE MICHAEL PICKLESIMER, minor

~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to JANET M. PICKLESIMER,

with reasonable visitation rights reserved to GARY . PICKLESIMER.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of 1974,
GARY A. PICKLESIMER shall pay to JANET M. PICKLESIMER the sum of ;
~ Dollars ($~~.00) each and every week for the support

of the minor child named above. '

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court, and

by him remitted promptly to JANET M. PICKLESIMER. In addition, there -
= is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added "

to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in
~ cash, money arder or cashiPr's check. Both of the parties are
~
~ ordered ta keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
~ and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
