WHERTAS, AQUA RABELLA, INC., a Florida corporation, gave
a mortgage to the JENSTsN BEACH BANK, a Florida banking corporation
~ said mortgage being dated 5 June 1973, and recorded in Official
Records Book 214, Page 2844, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
;
records, and, ~

WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date
in the amount of $172,500.00 payable on or before six months ~
~
from date, and, ~
~
WHRREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time ~
for payment under said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid to the
JTNSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said aote to be payable °
on or before September 5, 1974.
IN ALL OTHER respects, said mortgage and note are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
