! THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 19~ daY of JUNE, 1974, ~

~ upon the application of the wife for temporary relief, and both
! parties having appeared and the wife being represented by counsel,
~
i and the Court after hearing testimony in this cause and being
~~otherwise advised on the premi.ses, it is thereupon -
j~ pRDERED pND ADJUDGID as follows:
i;
l. CUSTODY: That the custody of the four minor children
a~
~iof the parties is hereby granted to the wife with reasonable
f~visitation rights reserved to the husband with prior notice of
~ visitation.

~ 2. CHILD SUPPORT: That the husband is hereby ORDERED to
i;
~~pay to the wife the amount of Fifty Dollars($50.00) per week for
tisupport of the minor children herein. Said payments to be made
~ ''to the Clerk of the Court, with addditional $lA0 assessed for
~
~ ~~costs. Said payments to commence on Monday, June 24, 1974, and
~ - t
;~each week thereafter pendente lite. All payments shall be in cash
~
' ~,;money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are Ordered
;i
','to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing addresses
;i
~~and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in ~ffect
3. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER: That each party is hereby

;;enjoined and restrained in anyway, directly or indirectly from s
~
;;molesting, threatening, harassing or otherwise interfering with ,
~
i; each other.
