' THIS CAUSS came before the Court the 20th day of June, 1974,
~;upon the Petition of the wife For Rule To Show Cause and Increase
" rt. B~th the husband and wife appeared with counsel.

~~After hearing testimony in this cause, it is thereupon ORDERED
AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the husband, ATHAN BYRD, is held in contempt of
;':Court for failure to comply with the Final Judgment in this
' cause relative to child support payments to the wife for the eight
: minor children herein.
2. That the husband pay to the wife an accrued arrearage of
~ Eight Hundred forty Dollars (~840.00) representing 35 weeks.
. 3. That said arrearage be paid at the rate of Ten Dollars
~(#10.00) per week for a period of 84 weeks. -
4. That child support herein is hereby increased from
; ~24.00 per week to ~40.00 per week.

` 5. That for the first 84 weeks, husband pay to the wife

~ - a total of Fi~ty Dollars (~50•~) per week including Forty Dollars

6. That thereafter husband pay to the wife Forty Dollars
