a Corporation, Assignee, hereby assigns unto the Assignee, a certain mortgage

May 24, 1974 recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County ofSt. Lucie and State of Florida, under Clerk's num-

together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the
monies due and to-~row due thereon with interest.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, and to the suc-
cessors, legal representatives and assigns of the Assignee forever.
AND the Assignor covenants that there is awing upon said mortgage, -
without offsets or defenses of any kind, as of June 6, 1974 , ;
the principal sum of $ 30,400.00 with interest thereon at the rate
of 8 3/4 (8~/~+per cent per annum from M~y 24, 1974.
