a Corporation under the laws of Florida, Assignor, in consideration of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by
THB CAPITAL CITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK
a Corporation, Assignee, hereby assigns unto the Assignee, a certain mortgage
made by
Daniel Thomas Finn and Carolyn A. Finn, his wife
given to secure the payment of the S~nn of $ 29,500.00 and interest, dated
January 8, 1974 recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, under Clerk's num-
ber covering premises as follows:

together with the note ar obligation described in said mortgage, and the j
monies due and to grow due thereon with interest.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, and to the suc- ~
- cessors, legal representatives and assigns of the Assignee forever. !
AND the Assignor covenants that there is awing upon said mortgage,
without offsets or defenses of any kind, as of Janeiary 17, 1974 , °
the pr~ncipal swn of $ 29,500.00 with interest thereon at the rate
of eight 8'~) per cent per annum from January 8, 1974.
