WHEREAS~ HALLMARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation
hereina~ter called the mortga~or~ by indenture of mortgage bearing date
the 26 th da~y of November 19 73 ~ and recorded in the oPfice of the
Clerk of t2~e Circuit Caurt in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 221 ~ Page 1177 ~ g~'anted
and conveyed unto Stockton~ Whatley~ Davin & Coa~pa~y~ a Florida Corporation,
and assigns, hereinafter called the mortgagee, the prenlises located in
said County and particularly deacribed in said mortgage, to secure the
pa~ymant of the sum of ; 192, 712.50 ;~d
WHEREAS~ ltie said mortgagar requested the said mor~gagee to release the
premises ~ereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged preruses~ from
the lien and operation of said mortgage;
NOW~ 11~IEREFORE, the said mortgagee~ in cansideration of the sum of One
Dollar (=1.00) and other valuable consideratlons to it in hand paid by
the said mortgagoT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby aclano~ledged~ does remise, release, quit-claim~ exonerate
and discharge fram the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
mortgagor and assigns, all thaL piece, parcel or ~ract of the premises
canveyed by said mortgage, to-~rit:
Lot 3, Block 3, PINECREST ESTATES, UNIT N0. ONE, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 34, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. . ;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, xith the appurtenences unto the said =
mort~agor and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and ;
fran the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided alWays~
nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in anyWise impair, alter
or diminish the effect~ lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage ;
