PIOWATY and DEBORAH PIOWAT~i, his wife, of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and PAUL H. LEFFMANN and THEO H. LEFFMANN, his wife, whose mailing address is 480 Lee Road, Northbrook, Illinois, of the County of Gook and State of Illinois, parties of the second part; WITNESSETH: THAT the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 I~ollars, and other qood and valuable considerations to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do qrant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assiqns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows: Tract 24 in Plat of Unit Two of United Groves, recorded in Plat Book 12 at page 54, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said plat beinq a Plat of: The South 1320 feet of the West ` 3/4 of Section 27, Township 34 South, Ranqe 38 East, _ and the South 1320 feet of Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 38 East, and the North 660 feet of the - South 1980 feet of Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 38 Ea~st, and the North 660 feet of the South 1980 feet of the West 3/4 of Section 27, Township 34 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
