LINSEN both being represented by counsel, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is QRDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. Port St. Lucie Bank at Port St. Lucie, Florida ~ shall deliver to the First National Bank of Fort Pierce at Fort Pierce, Florida, SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($7,000.00) that had - j been deposited to the account of Zella C. Rogers or Sandra R. ~ ~ Linsen in Account ~11-036-9 forthwith. ~ - # 2. That the First National Bank of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, ~ _ ~ Florida, upon receipt of the $7,000.00 from the Port St. Lucie ~ Bank of Port St. Lucie, Florida, from the account of Zella C. Rogers or Sandra R. Linsen, shall immediately credit same to the Guardianship Account of Zella C. Rogers wherein said funds shall then become a part of the guardianship asse~s of the said Zella C.
